Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Listen, I know you hated these growing up, but it’s time to give these another try. You just might like them in your adulthood!
When I was 17, I remember being absolutely obsessed with them. Everyone in my family totally thought I was weird because I preferred them steamed and with just salt and pepper.
Still to this day I’m like “why was that weird?”
But for many of us, we order Brussel sprouts at restaurants, and are absolutely obsessed (me included). Especially when they’re crispy and soaked in whatever sauce they cook them in.
With this, I was inspired to make a more “macro-friendly”, lower calorie, or whatever you’d like to call it version of this. But by all means if you want to add or fry these in a pan, go ahead.
